As a Studio Coordinator at UNStudio, you will play a primary role in providing administrative support to our team of designers and architects.

Full-time · Amsterdam

As an international architectural firm, UNStudio is active in the broadest fields of architecture and urban design. Our project portfolio covers every aspect of design, ranging from small to large-scale projects, research and theory. The atmosphere within each of our offices is international, multidisciplinary and ambitious, but also open, non-hierarchical, team-based and friendly, with attention to personal well-being, knowledge development and career planning.

As a Studio Coordinator at UNStudio, you will play a primary role in providing administrative support to our team of designers and architects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Studio Directors with scheduling, expense reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle operational aspects of running the studio/office, including organizing meetings, staffing, financial tracking, timecards, and proposal/presentation preparation.
  • Project management and planning for key large-scale and complex projects.
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually compelling presentations.
  • Proactively engage in office culture, planning studio retreats, outings, celebrations, and social activities.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, both in-office and off-site.
