As a Knowledge Management Specialist at UNStudio, you will be a part of the currently developing Research & Innovation team, report directly to the Director in charge of the Research & Innovation team and work closely with Directors, internal strategic initiatives, HR Learning and Development Specialist, and the Communications Department.
Your core responsibilities include ensuring knowledge remains relevant, up-to-date, high quality and accessible. You’ll identify knowledge gaps as well as connection and improvement opportunities and help increase the flow of knowledge by optimising processes, cultivating a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement. In collaboration with the HR Department, you will advise on and strategically drive content development for UNStudio’s L&D platform.
You will support, coordinate and collaborate with R&I sub-teams and internal strategic initiatives as well as with the Communications Department to ensure knowledge is continuously improved, easy to use and accessible. You will work with project teams to ensure the right knowledge is identified, captured, maintained, curated and shared at the right time.
You will bring value through your knowledge asset and governance experience, as well as your proven ability to connect and inspire people, innovate and optimise knowledge flows and ways of working to deliver tangible benefits.
While based in Amsterdam, you will work with UNS global offices to strengthen our knowledge sharing capabilities and initiatives and collectively leverage our expertise.
