Junior Developer
UNStudio is expanding its tech team with the launch of UNStudio.Tools. To expand our team we are seeking a talented Junior Full Stack Developer that has experience in product design and front-end development. This role offers a unique opportunity to work into a large user base with immediate impact on every step. We seek someone who brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table and is eager to test them in a dynamic environment; this is pivotal in blending cutting-edge technology with the creativity of an architectural design practice.
In this role, you will:
Participate in the design and development of software products tailored for internal use, focusing on enhancing architectural design processes and project management.
Focus on creating intuitive and effective user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with our existent systems.
Assist in integrating new applications into UNStudio's existing digital infrastructure, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
Work closely with senior developers and product managers to iterate on product features based on testing and user feedback.
Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies in software development.
Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure our technological solutions meet business and design needs.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development, focusing primarily on front-end development with some back-end exposure.
Demonstrated ability to design user-friendly interfaces and engage in basic data visualization.
Experience working in a team.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Or a different academic path, like CODAM) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Additional certifications in front-end technologies such as React, or in Python, are a plus but not essential.
The necessary skills:
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for front-end development.
Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering.
Familiarity with Python; exposure to C# is a plus but not mandatory.
The nice-to-have skills:
Some experience or a strong interest in product design and development.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application in product development.
Exposure to additional programming or scripting languages is advantageous.
