We are looking for an HR Employee who is ready to join an award winning, international architectural office. UNStudio was founded in the Netherlands in 1988, and has since expanded to include six offices around the globe. The average age of our employees is 34 years and our employee base is made up of about 35 different nationalities. Almost all employees have an academic background.

You will be first point of contact for HR related questions from employees in close cooperation with the HR Officer and the rest of the HR team. The current HR team consists of two HR Business Partners, an HR Officer, a Recruiter and HR Manager. Together with the HR Officer, you are responsible for the entire administrative process of inflow, transfers and outflow. It is a very challenging, all-round position with plenty of room for development within the HR profession depending on your own interests.

Function Profile:

• Ensuring correct staff administration by performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as, completing employer statements, drawing up employment contracts, insurance administration, collecting the right documents for visa applications and monitoring the visa process for our interns and employees, sick and recovery administration, file management etc.
• Processing staff data in our HR systems (Nmbrs etc.)
• Coordination of anniversaries, gifts for our employees.
• Coordinating of training and courses (BHV etc.) and takes care of the correct administration.
• Coordinating the onboarding process including the HR introduction.
