For our office in Amsterdam, we are looking for a financial administrator intern who interested in learning about the registration of financial transactions.

The position:

Our financial department at our office in Amsterdam is looking for an intern who is interested in learning how to be accurate and timely whilst completing the registration of financial transactions. If you are interested in learning about accounting in practice and sharpening your analytical skills as well as your logic thinking, you will find UNStudio a very good environment to challenge yourself! During the internship you will report to the Finance manager.


  • Set-up master data
  • Control data integrity
  • Ensure current creditor data
  • Daily process invoices/expense claims
  • First line of communications with suppliers regarding invoices
  • Guard disputes with suppliers and request credit notes
  • Prepare payment proposals
  • Ensure correct payments
  • Timely preparing payment in bank software
  • Daily process bank
  • Monthly clean x-account banks
  • Bi-weekly Creditors Aging lists
  • Document way of working
  • Ensure continuity in role
  • Identify improvements/simplifications to optimise processes

The Requirements:

  • MBO or HBO
  • Beginner in administrative roles / accounts payable
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Familiar user in MS Office (Excel)
  • Hands on

The internship will be for a minimum period of 6 months (40 hours a week). Internship fee is EUR 776 for EU students and EUR 998 for Non-EU students.
