Creative Strategist
You will be working on truly exciting projects, contributing to various stages of the projects, large variety of typology and scale. UNStudio is committed to taking a human – and planet – centric approach to all our work. As a Creative Strategist you will be responsible for designing new concepts, products, strategies and experiences as well as scoping and running research that will help us tackle the world's biggest design challenges.
You will also be leading and moderating creative workshops, deep dives and support the team lead with a variety of activities that span from business development and marketing strategies to research and concept design. Through research, generating strategies and process ownership you will foster innovation across architecture and design industry. Some topics you will be working on relate to cities, robotics, future of housing, VR, social impact, future of materials and sustainability. We count on you to inspire our designers through business and entrepreneurial thinking.
3+ years of working experience
You are passionate about experience design, innovation, futures of cities and planet, and similar topics
Educational or professional background in in architecture, urban, product design or related discipline, or equivalent professional Design training experience
You can make sense an articulate insights based on complex information including consumer trends, academic papers, technical reports
Strong presentation skills with a creative and compelling storytelling style
Mastery of qualitative research methods, including research scope and design, with understanding of design methodologies, such as design thinking, service design, foresight, agile
Business and consulting savvy, with an ability to think strategically
You have a customer focus: you can collaborate, and co-create with internal and external partners, with clear and impactful communication and articulation of ideas and insights
You are analytical and able to wrap up and present ideas in a concise and effective manner
You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Sufficient knowledge of the Adobe Suite package is a prerequisite
You are a team player, proactive and reliable
You have the ability to work independently and initiate projects
