For our growing office in Dubai we are looking for a Business Development Officer who has a keen interest in accepting the challenge of contributing to the growth of our presence in the Middle East. As the nature of our small set up requires flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm we are looking for an all-rounder with a keen interest in business development, who has the ambition to be part at the forefront of the exciting expansion of UNStudio.

The Business Development Officer is co-responsible for the expansion of UNStudio’s business network in the UAE, in co-charge of researching business opportunities and responsible for the planning and preparation of tender documents, RFP's, and business proposals.

To make it a success you have excellent social and communication skills, an entrepreneurial mind-set, and a networker by nature. You are familiar with today’s architecture and urban planning related business development processes.

You report directly to the company’s Managing Director MEA, initiate and support all Business Development related activities. You will work closely with the Business Development team in Amsterdam.

The position is based in Dubai, but occasional travel to Amsterdam and in the region is required. You will collaborate closely with the relevant Amsterdam based teams in Amsterdam.
