We are accepting applications for BIM Professionals with 5 to 12 years of experience. If outside this range, explore other roles on LinkedIn or our website. As a BIM Specialist at UNStudio, you oversee BIM processes, ensuring efficient project execution and technical accuracy. You contribute to BIM Execution Plans and Team User Manuals, review models, and integrate data into project plans as your core tasks. There are of course variations for BIM Specialists, Coordinators, Architects, Managers.

You collaborate with designers and external teams, providing architectural and technical solutions during project execution. You also identify and report errors, assist in implementing innovations, and work under the supervision of a Senior BIM Coordinator or a BIM Manager.

The Requirements:

Ideally you have the experience in the preparation and management of BIM models in accordance with strict BIM Execution Plans.
Experience in conducting clash detection analysis and coordination reporting is extremely beneficial.
We are looking for skills in the production of drawings and schedules through the BIM model using complex, non-standard geometries.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Professional qualifications in Revit are a must
Experience in large, scale international, geometrically-complex projects is very important
In-depth knowledge of Revit, NavisWorks, Dynamo and other BIM tools. Candidates with experience with Rhino.Inside, MKS Beam and other Rhino/Revit interoperability workflow tools are preferred
A good understanding of construction industry regulations and standards
A passion for BIM and how it can be used to push the productivity of those who work in design and construction. Experience teaching Revit is a plus
Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading)
