The Position:
We are looking for an all-round architect with experience in the preparation and management of BIM models in accordance with BIM Execution Plans. Experience with Architectural Packages including detailing and Design Development phases until Construction Documentation is a must.
The Requirements:
Master’s degree in architecture.
Minimum 4-8 years years of experience in architectural design and BIM.
Experience with Architectural Packages including detailing and Design Development phases until Construction Documentation is a must.
Proficiency in Revit is a must.
Proficiency in Rhinoceros and AutoCAD is a plus.
A good understanding of construction industry regulations and standards.
Strong background in architectural design principles and construction techniques.
Demonstrated ability to integrate BIM processes into architectural workflows effectively.
Experience in coordinating BIM models across multidisciplinary teams is a plus.
Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing).
Good knowledge of Arabic both spoken and written is a plus.
