BIM Architect (6+ years of experience)

We are looking for a BIM architect with experience in the preparation and management of BIM models in accordance with BIM Execution Plans. Experience with Architectural Packages including detailing and Design Development phases until Construction Documentation is a must.

Requirements:

• Work permit in The Netherlands

• Master’s degree in architecture.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM.

• Experience with layouts and BIM is a big plus

• Strong proficiency in Revit is a must.

• Proficiency in Rhinoceros and AutoCAD is a plus.

• Strong background in architectural design principles and construction techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate BIM processes into architectural workflows effectively.

• Experience in coordinating BIM models across multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
