The Position:

We are looking for an all-round architect or technician with experience in the preparation and management of BIM models in accordance with strict BIM Execution Plans.

Experience in conducting clash detection analysis and coordination reporting is extremely beneficial.

We are looking for skills in the production of drawings and schedules through the BIM model using complex, non-standard geometries.

The Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree in architecture or engineering (a Masters degree is a plus)
  • 7+ Years of relevant industry experience
  • Professional qualifications in Revit is preferred
  • Experience in large, scale international, geometrically-complex projects
  • Documented experience in preparing and managing a BIM models through all stages of the design and construction documentation process. Construction documentation is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of Revit (must) and experience with Rhino-Inside, other Rhino/Revit interoperability workflow tools and autocad are a plus.
  • A good understanding of construction industry regulations and standards.
  • Goal-oriented, independent and proactive.
  • A passion for BIM and how it can be used to push the productivity of those who work in design and construction. Experience teaching Revit is a plus.
  • EU residency is a plus.
